He claims he has a website where they claim they do payment on delivery, but here is the catch, they would demand 20% non refundable upfront payment from you, also when you ask for admin escrow, they give you a option to ask for escrow which would direct you to there personal WhatsApp and pretend like they are doing escrow for you.
I implore buyers should realize times are tough, don’t let anyone scam you of your hard earned money!!
